- 21 October 2008: We're rapidly approaching two-thirds of the fund target!
- 22 August 2008: The fund is now over halfway to the target - £7872.58 raised so far!
- 15 August 2008: [Ed:] Ian tells me he contracted C. Diff and had a temperature of 40.5°C on Sunday night, but is now back to normal at 36.5°C.
- 12 August 2008: [Ed:] I hear Ian is back in City Hospital (Fletcher Ward?) having had rather a bad time, but is on the mend. More news as and when I get it.
- 4 August 2008: I have now left hospital!
- 27 July 2008: The Cornish Pasty evening made over £700!
- 22 July 2008: Diary entries for the last few days have made it past the blockages in the technological pipework and onto the site.
- 15 July 2008: The treatment is going well and it's not long now until the first fundraising events! There's a couple more newspaper articles about me too.
- 25 June 2008: My treatment is now underway! The cricket bat auction raised £43 for the fund.
- 18 June 2008: I have a throat infection so the start of my treatment has been postponed until 25th June.
- 15 June 2008: Following some technical issues, the cricket bat auction is now open!
- 13 June 2008: The signed cricket bat will be up for sale on eBay shortly!
- 20 May 2008: I have been interviewed for ITV Yorkshire's Calendar News, hopefully to be shown shortly.
- 11 May 2008: the website is now up and running!
- I will be interviewed on BBC Radio Derby on Monday 12th May 2008 at 7:50AM - tune in or listen online!
